Holiday and cooking workshops in Italy

8-day holiday with 3 cooking workshops by Italian cooks. Plenty of time for excursions. Vegetarians can also follow the course with us.

In Italy, in the the hills between Bologna and Florence and on the border of Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany.

Stay at the farm in an apartment or with a larger group in the “Old Farm”. Or stay in our seperate cottage at the river, 10 minutes drive from the main location.

Including a stay in a beautiful apartment. All cooking materials, 4 x lunch with wine and 1 x dinner in a local specialty restaurant and of course our welcome basket!
The experience workshop consists of 5 workshop days.

We will learn you how to prepare seven authentic recipes and master the basic skills to prepare much more dishes. After the courses the dishes you made will be served in a great Italian lunch. Marco will choose appropriate wines so that you and your fellow students can enjoy a fantastic lunch.

Stay in an Apartment,
the Old Farm or the Cottage.

You can stay in a beautifully converted farm. You have 3 options: 1 the Old Farm (6-8 people), 2 the stylish apartments (2-4 people). There is also the option to stay in a cottage (2-4 people) at a 10 min drive from the main location. The kitchen is ofcourse well equipped in all locations.
